Day 1
We will meet at the airport at 06:00 in the morning and after completing our check-in procedures, we will fly to Baku with THY at 08:10.
Upon landing at Baku Airport at noon at 12:00, we will get on our waiting vehicle and start our city tour.
We will see places such as the Museum of Contemporary Art, Vags Mustafa Museum, Shirvanshah Palace, and Mayak 13 Cafes.
In the evening, we will check in to our hotel.

Day 2
After having breakfast at the hotel, we continue our city tour.
Our first stop is the Old City; we visit the Maiden Tower, the Muhammad Mosque, and the Carpet Museum, and then we have some free time.
In the afternoon, we return to our hotel in Baku.

Day 3
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Gobustan to explore the area which has been under UNESCO protection since 2007. On the way, we visit the Dr. Baba Mausoleum and upon arrival in Gobustan, we spend our day exploring the Ancient Rock Carvings with the narration of Prof. Dr. Yaşar Çoruhlu. In the evening, we visit the National Park and continue on to Shamakhi. At night, we go to the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory (subject to availability) and stay overnight at our hotel.
Day 4
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the Literature and Science Center in Shamakhi and then head to the Great Mosque and Lahij Village. Lahij is famous for its copper art and is currently under the protection of the Azerbaijan government. The town is home to the “Tat” people, a Persian-speaking ethnic group that was brought to Azerbaijan by the Sasanians in the 4th century. In addition to Tat, Azerbaijani Turkish is also spoken in the city. The local people are mainly engaged in professions such as copperworking, blacksmithing, jewelry making, and carpet weaving. Lahij’s copperwork examples are world-renowned. In the evening, we will depart for our final destination in Azerbaijan, Sheki. We will spend the night in our hotel.
Day 5
After breakfast at the hotel, our first stop is the Caravanserai, Han Palace, Church, and the workshop where the unique Shebeke artworks, which are made with colorful glasses on nail-less (joiner) wooden frames, are created in Sheki, which has preserved its originality from the 17th century to the present day. We also visit the historic Tarix Caravanserai and its garden by the riverbank before leaving the Sheki Castle. Our guests can try the famous Sheki halva and those interested in handicrafts can buy local souvenirs here. In the city center, we see the Juma Mosque, which was destroyed during the Russian era and then rebuilt. We then return to Baku to catch our flight. We arrive at the airport around 8:00 PM and complete the check-in procedures before flying back to Istanbul on the 10:05 PM Turkish Airlines flight. To relive the best moments of our trip…
